Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns due to any of the following reasons:

1. Manufacturing defect

We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. If you receive a defective product due to workmanship or material, please email us at hello.fortunegate@gmail.com within 5 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.

2. incorrect specifications (color, material, size)

Shipping & Delivery

1. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, changes or expenses arising out of late delivery.

2. Installtion Estimates

All orders are shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
We do not ship to Australia, Canada, Indonesia, China, Singapore, and Taiwan.

3. Duties and Taxes

Our prices have not include duties or value-added taxes (VATS). These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. Our courier services will prepay all amounts due to your local customs office to speed up delivery process We will include an invoice on the package stating the prices of the items for customs declaration.
